Ordering terms.

Check the selected model, finish, quantity and delivery details before placing an order. Prices are displayed in USD. The review screen shows the merchandise subtotal, any active welcome saving, delivery and the final total.

An order reference records the submitted selection; it is not proof of dispatch. Save the reference for any correspondence about the recorded details.

The optional temperature guide offers starting points. Follow the instructions supplied with your tea, coffee and appliance, including minimum and maximum fill lines, electrical supply and safe cleaning.

Bases and accessories fit only the model families stated on their pages. Similar appearance is not an assurance that an electrical base is interchangeable.

Product information may be corrected when an error is identified. A correction must not silently change an already recorded selection; any affected order needs to be reviewed with its reference.
